Marketing Manager

As Marketing Director for CRUSH Artisanal Drinks, I had the opportunity to play many roles. From photographer, to creative director, event planner, graphic designer, & everything in-between. I enjoyed each role as it gifted me new skills to run a successful small local business and to create community.

Social media marketing programs & campaigns such as the Ambassador Program aided in this cause. Scroll through to see how our marketing programs helped increase sales by more than 63.8% for the last quarter of 2022.

Behind the Scenes: Marketing Director

The behind the scenes in this video showcases our Ambassador photoshoots & product photoshoots. It was my first time ever shooting products. I learned product placement, photoshop, & studio lighting to produce content for our marketing campaigns.

Not depicted in the video was also hours of graphic design work, social media research & strategies, event promoting & so much more. Each task taught me new skills such as problem solving, adapting to changes, and effective communication, to name a few.

It was fulfilling to see our numbers rise in sales launch after launch. And to witness a stream of loyal customers begin to appear as we created these campaigns.

The Ambassador Program

This video is a look into the behinds the scenes and reels for The Ambassador Program. The program was a crucial part of growing CRUSH’s community. The program consisted of hand picked individuals who were local influencers. The goal for these individuals was to help promote CRUSH’s products. I lead the our team in forming this group of influencers, hosting events for them, and directing/taking photos during photoshoots. In total we reached over 60,000+ viewers and had a combined 10,000+ accounts we could reach with our Ambassadors posting on CRUSH’s behalf.

Displayed here is the official instagram account for CRUSH. Also linked is one of the highest performing reels I posted. Feel free to explore posts from August 2022 to February 2023, where I was Marketing Director. Note views, engagement , and content quality.

Mood Boards, Locations, Outfits & Props

Below are some of the moodboards I created for the Ambassador photoshoots. These were also used as shortened call sheets to send out to everyone involved in the campaign. This helped the team to be on the same page and visualize what we wanted to capture.
